오랜만에 KITA 웹사이트 갔다가 괜찮은 비즈니스 영어 자료 있어서 퍼옴.

자주 쓰이는 표현이니 한번씩 훑어 보는 것도 좋을 듯 :)

1. 청약

• 청약을 승낙하다: We accept an offer

• 청약을 취소하다: We cancel an offer

• 확정 청약을 하다: We make a firm offer for the goods as follows:

We offer you firm for the goods as follows:

• 반대 청약을 하다: make a counter offer

 

2. 승낙

• 주문/청약을 승낙하다: accept your order (offer)

• 기한부의 환어음을 인수하다: accept a time/usance draft

 

3. 주문

• 시험주문: trial order

• 최소주문: initial order -> 최소주문으로 적혀있는데 최초주문이 맞는 듯

• 소량주문: small order

• 대량주문: large/heavy/bulk/quantity/substantial order

• 재주문: repeat order

• 주문을 하다: place/give/pass an order for the goods

• 주문을 받다: take/receive an order

• 주문을 취소하다: cancel/withdraw an order

• 주문을 거절하다: decline an order

• 주문을 이행하다: fulfill/fill/execute/carry out/meet/satisfy an order

• 양호한 상태로: in good order

 

4. 선적하다

• 선적하다: ship, make shipment, effect shipment

• 선적을 서두르다: speed up/expedite the shipment of

• 선적품: make sure to cover an insurance on all shipment.

• 지연선적: delay shipment, shipment in delay

• 분할선적: installment shipment

• 할부선적: partial shipment -> 할부선적이라고 되어 있는데.. 실제로는 분할 선적으로 이 표현을 더 많이 쓴다.

• 환적: transshipment

 

5. 신용장

• 신용장을 개설하다: issue/open/establish an L/C

• 신용장을 통지하다: advise/notify an L/C

• 신용장을 확인하다: confirm an L/C

• 신용장을 취소하다: cancel an L/C

• 신용장을 양도하다: transfer an L/C

• 유효기간을 연장하다: extend an L/C

• 하자/불일치: discrepancy

• 자유매입 신용장: freely negotiable/open/general credit

• 매입제한 신용장: restricted/special credit

• 내국신용장: local/baby/domestic/secondary credit <-> master/mother credit

6. 환어음 (Draft = Bill of Exchange = Bill)

• 약속어음: promissory note

• 발행인: drawer (principal or beneficiary)

• 지급인: drawee (importer or issuing bank)

• 수취인: payee (exporter or negotiation bank)

• 환어음을 발행하다: draw/value a draft

• 환어음을 인수하다: accept a draft

• 환어음을 인수하고 만기에 지급하다: honor/protect a draft

• 환어음의 인수를 거절(부도)하다: dishonor/protest a draft

• 환어음을 배서하다: endorse a draft

• 환어음을 할인하다: discount a draft

• 일람불 환어음: 기한부 환어음: sight/demand bill (draft)

• 기한부 환어음: time/usance bill (draft)

• 일람 후 30일 출급 환어음: 30 d/s = 30 days after sight
